Corcept is leading the way in the research and development of cortisol modulators, molecules that regulate cortisol activity at the glucocorticoid receptor (GR). To date, we have discovered more than 1,000 selective proprietary cortisol modulators.

In 2012, we received FDA approval of Korlym® (mifepristone), the first approved treatment for hypercortisolism (Cushing’s syndrome).

Today, our team and collaborators continue to unlock the possibilities of cortisol modulation as a way to treat serious diseases. With more than 30 ongoing studies across a wide range of disease areas, including endocrinology, oncology, metabolism, and neurology, we remain dedicated to advancing the possibilities of cortisol modulation.

In Short

• Responsible for branded & disease education marketing, brand planning, and pre-launch & launch initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to execute marketing initiatives.
• Lead HCP market research and translate data into insights.
• Develop targeting & segmentation strategies for marketing initiatives.
• Create communication materials ensuring consistent messaging.
• Ensure compliance and accuracy of marketing materials.
• Support cross-functional launch coordination & initiatives.
• Contribute to yearly franchise strategic plan development.
• Support analytics and metrics for market shaping objectives.

Requirements

• Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills.
• Experience managing external agency partners.
• Understanding of the legal and regulatory environment in pharmaceutical promotions.
• Remote candidates with ample experience will be considered.
• Travel approximately 20% of time.
• BS/BA degree preferred; MBA is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in marketing in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
• Experience in small to mid-sized biopharmaceutical firms is desired.
