Manager, Marketing Operations, Endocrinology Division - Remote

Overview

The Marketing Operations Manager will play a critical role in driving operational excellence across our three endocrinology marketing teams. This individual will collaborate cross-functionally to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and ensure flawless execution of administrative and operational functions that support strategic marketing initiatives.

In Short

• Support contract and PO processing for the Endocrinology Marketing team.
• Track and manage contract timelines, expirations, and extensions.
• Coordinate new vendor onboarding in partnership with the Finance team.
• Support Speaker Bureau audit tracking and reporting.
• Partner with analytics teams to drive data-informed decision-making.
• Oversee materials warehouse and online fulfillment site.
• Administer and optimize Veeva PromoMats workflow.
• Lead end-to-end execution of marketing operations projects.
• Facilitate communication between commercial and IT teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational workflows.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Veeva PromoMats is required.
• Experience with contract management systems preferred.
• Background in vendor/agency management is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 5+ years in pharmaceutical or biotechnology marketing operations.
