Overview

BizAway is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.

In Short

  • Manage the full sales process from first contact to contract signature.
  • Research and prospect for new clients in the DACH region.
  • Run outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints.
  • Present our solution to a range of people including C-Levels and Travel Managers.
  • Lead negotiations with potential clients.
  • Forecast Sales Revenue and manage deal pipeline.
  • Attend fairs and public events as an evangelist of our solution.
  • Define Quarterly and Annual OKRs with the Head of Sales.
  • Work collaboratively with the Sales Team.
  • Propose actions and strategies to improve the sales process.

Requirements

  • Native level of German and good level of English.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or 2+ years as a top-performer SDR.
  • Proactive and flexible attitude.
  • Comfortable in a fast-changing environment.
