Join our team as a Sales Executive - German speaking to play a key role in driving revenue growth by generating new business, nurturing leads, and converting opportunities into sales.

In Short

  • Identify and engage potential clients, converting leads into sales.
  • Manage inbound and outbound leads, ensuring a high conversion rate through consultative selling.
  • Build rapport and trust with prospects and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers and external Business Partners to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Leverage relationships to sell into Partner Brands.
  • Accurately update and maintain sales data in CRM systems.
  • Work towards individual and team sales targets.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German.
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or professional services.
  • Experience in consultative selling and building client relationships.
  • Target-driven mindset with strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce preferred).
  • Knowledge of ISO standards or certification processes (desirable).
  • Experience in cross-selling or upselling additional services (desirable).
