Overview

The Sales Enablement Specialist at C-4 Analytics will play a crucial role in managing sales processes and optimizing the sales pipeline using Salesforce.

In Short

  • Support the Sales Pipeline Manager in monitoring sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize pipeline processes.
  • Identify and address bottlenecks in the sales pipeline.
  • Generate reports on sales pipeline metrics.
  • Assist in ensuring the sales team knows the pipeline in depth.
  • Utilize CRM to support closed business.
  • Perform data entry and maintenance of the sales CRM system.
  • Edit reports and dashboards to track sales performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field preferred.
  • 1+ years of professional experience in a HubSpot administration role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HubSpot CRM.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Self-starter with team collaboration skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with the Automotive industry is a plus.
  • Expertise in Excel & Google Sheets.
