This Enablement Specialist uses their curiosity, tenacity and empathy to execute programs that enhance the skills and effectiveness of the sales team. This role focuses on equipping sales representatives with the tools, training, and techniques they need to improve performance and close more deals.

By collaborating transparently with sales and cross-functional teams, the Sales Enablement Specialist ensures that the sales force is continuously learning and growing to meet their full potential, as well as the company’s goals and objectives.

In Short

  • Deliver sales training programs that focus on sales skills development.
  • Collaborate across the sales enablement programs on training for new Revenue team hires.
  • Deliver ongoing training programs that help sellers improve their performance.
  • Conduct skills assessments and gap analyses.
  • Provide one-on-one or group coaching sessions.
  • Ensure the sales team has a consistent approach to selling.
  • Create and maintain sales enablement content.
  • Utilize various delivery methods for training.
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of the sales enablement programs.
  • Ensure sales reps are proficient in using sales tools.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, sales training, or sales enablement.
  • Comfortable learning technical concepts quickly.
  • Proven track record of executing successful sales training programs.
  • Experience with sales methodologies and tools.
  • Formal change management certification or training is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Sales, Education, or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
  • English fluency; second European languages a plus.
