In Short

  • Join a global sales team as a Sales Enablement Specialist.
  • Design and deliver structured product-learning paths for sales roles.
  • Plan and run ongoing sales skills training via various formats.
  • Create and refine sales assets including presentations and one-pagers.
  • Own onboarding and certification for new sales hires.
  • Implement systematic knowledge control for the sales team.
  • Develop and maintain sales playbooks by product and use case.
  • Build and manage enablement tools for sales process acceleration.
  • Train and drive adoption of CRM/CPQ/enablement platforms.
  • Align cross-functionally with Product Marketing and RevOps.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales enablement and training.
  • Strong process orientation with flexibility to adapt.
  • T-shaped skillset with expertise in adult learning and coaching.
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort in discussing metrics.
  • Ability to bridge Product Marketing, Sales, and Ops.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
