Senior GTM Recruiter - Remote

Overview

We’re seeking a Senior GTM Recruiter based in EMEA to lead recruiting efforts for expanding our sales presence across the region. As the sole recruiter in EMEA, you’ll play a critical role in building our regional GTM (go-to-market) organization, which includes Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.

• Partner closely with hiring managers across EMEA to understand their hiring needs and craft tailored recruitment strategies.
• Own the end-to-end recruitment process for GTM roles in Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
• Source, identify, and engage top-tier talent using creative and proactive methods.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Drive operational excellence by maintaining efficient workflows and high data integrity in our ATS.
• Analyze hiring metrics to optimize recruitment strategies.
• Stay up-to-date on market trends in EMEA, particularly in SaaS and GTM functions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on hiring for sales roles in EMEA.
• Deep understanding of the EMEA talent market and regional hiring practices.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
• Skilled at filling roles quickly while maintaining a high bar for quality.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to design and execute innovative hiring strategies.
• Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
