Requirements

• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition or staffing.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Healthcare staffing experience highly desirable.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication and executive presence.
• Proficiency in recruiting technologies and platforms.
• Ability to navigate complex, high-pressure situations.
• High level of interpersonal skills for handling sensitive situations.
