Overview

The HR Coordinator is responsible for providing essential administrative support to various HR functions, ensuring smooth operation of HR processes and programs.

In Short

• Serve as the initial point of contact for HR inquiries.
• Maintain employment data within HRIS and electronic filing systems.
• Assist with audits and maintain accurate records.
• Administer and maintain the 401K Retirement Plan.
• Support new hire and benefits enrollment processes.
• Collaborate with benefits providers to resolve issues.
• Process weekly insurance deduction audits.
• Communicate with employees regarding benefits and life events.
• Participate in process improvements and training material development.
• Perform additional duties as requested by management.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a healthcare staffing environment preferred.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Microsoft, Workday, and ADP preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong team collaboration skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to analyze and resolve work problems independently.
