The Director of Physician Recruiting for the Academics Division is responsible for advising physician candidates and clients, managing the recruiting process, and driving marketing campaign efforts within the academic sector.

• Source and screen physicians through phone calls and emails

• Drive Physician Marketing campaign efforts

Requirements

• 5+ years of Recruiting Experience required
• Sales Experience including Inside Sales, Outside Sales, B2B Sales or Cold Calling
• Consultative sales experience a plus
• Ability to travel up to 25%
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
