The Director of Physician and APP Recruitment and On-Boarding develops recruitment and on-boarding strategies, manages processes, and leads teams to achieve organizational goals for recruitment and retention of physicians and APPs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Eight years of experience in physician recruitment.
• Five years of management or supervisory experience.
• Valid Driver's License and proof of automobile insurance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
