The HP Executive Business Partner plays a crucial role in partnering with the Executive/Sr. Leadership team to develop and execute human resource strategies that support organizational growth and enhance employee effectiveness.

• Serve as a strategic HP business partner for the Executive/Sr. Leadership team.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in a related field.
• Five years of professional-level experience in human resources.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Human resources professional certification preferred (PHR, SPHR, etc.).
• Experience in managing a wide range of employee issues.
• Continued pattern of learning and growth in career.
