In Short

  • Support a Vice President of Engineering and 1-2 additional leaders.
  • Handle calendars, coordinate meetings, and organize initiatives.
  • Manage communication between stakeholders and propose solutions.
  • Provide solutions to issues and escalate as necessary.
  • Plan offsites and team events.
  • Project-manage initiatives and track progress.
  • Mentor other Executive Business Partners.
  • Manage budget and expenses.
  • Ensure teams have resources for in-person and remote meetings.

Requirements

  • 4+ years as an Executive Assistant for a C-level executive.
  • Ability to anticipate and manage responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a creative working style.
  • Strong project management abilities.
  • Proactive and hands-on approach to projects.
