Software Engineer, Marketplace - Remote

Overview

Lyft is looking for experienced software engineers to improve business operations in Lyft’s Marketplace, collaborating with various teams to design data analytics platforms and metrics systems.

• Lead projects to enhance Lyft’s Marketplace operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in a high-level programming language (Python or Go preferred).
• Strong communication skills and ability to advocate proposals.
• Experience defining API schemas and developing backend services.
• Familiarity with microservices environment.
• Ability to learn quickly and tackle poorly defined problems.
• History of helping fellow engineers.
• Data Engineering experience (DAGs, Airflow) is a plus.
• Experience with Data Science is a plus.
