Armada AI is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Business Partner to provide comprehensive strategic and administrative support to the Sales & Go-To-Market leadership teams.

• Serve as a strategic partner to Sales & Go-To-Market executives.
• Manage complex executive calendars and scheduling.
• Oversee executive inboxes and communications.
• Prepare executive-level communications and reports.
• Facilitate leadership meetings and ensure action items are executed.
• Track progress on key executive initiatives.
• Coordinate Sales Kick-Off events and Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Manage travel logistics and expense reporting.
• Act as a liaison between executives and stakeholders.
• Handle confidential projects and maintain executive dashboards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in an executive support role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Strong project management skills.
