Overview

Armada is seeking a strategic, analytical, and business-savvy Finance Manager to partner closely with Engineering, Product, and leadership teams to drive financial planning, investment strategy, and operational rigor across the business, focusing on R&D.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA or CPA/CFA preferred.
• Experience supporting Engineering or R&D preferred.
• Strong financial modeling skills.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Familiarity with software development cost capitalization is a plus.
• Experience with financial systems and data tools.
• Advanced Excel proficiency required.
