Overview

As a Finance Manager at Simply Staking, you will own our financial operations and act as a strategic partner to the executive team, ensuring compliance and providing data-driven insights needed for sustainable growth in the blockchain space.

In Short

Lead monthly close, budgeting, and forecasting.
Prepare accurate financial statements and manage tax filings.
Optimize cash flow and oversee treasury operations.
Prepare investor-ready financial decks for funding rounds.
Manage accounts payable/receivable and payroll.
Improve financial systems and processes.
Provide financial insights on pricing and profitability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of blockchain mechanics.
Proactive problem-solver with clear communication skills.

Requirements

Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent).
7+ years in finance or accounting, with managerial experience.
Blockchain experience is a plus.
Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar ERP.
Advanced Excel skills.
Understanding of crypto regulations.
Ability to thrive in ambiguity.
Experience with AI and automation tools.
Strong communication skills with non-finance teams.
Proactive mindset.
