As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing compliance and reporting across global entities, ensuring timely filings and managing consultant relationships.

• Own the compliance calendar and manage filing obligations.
• Coordinate global VAT filings and US state tax compliance.
• Oversee annual filings and direct tax compliance.
• Manage relationships with external consultants and auditors.

Requirements

• Finance or business degree.
• 3-5 years of compliance experience, preferably in a startup.
• Knowledge of VAT/GST mechanics and US state tax compliance.
• Experience managing external consultants effectively.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Comfortable with automation and LLMs.
• Self-directed and ownership-driven.
