Overview

Toku is seeking a Benefits Program Lead to join our Customer Success team, where you will manage global benefits operations, ensuring compliance and a seamless customer experience.

In Short

  • Lead global benefits operations end-to-end.
  • Provide guidance on statutory vs. market-standard benefits.
  • Manage enrollments, terminations, and life events.
  • Run point on renewals and vendor management.
  • Scope eligibility for new country benefit installations.
  • Work with Engineering to automate and improve processes.
  • Audit invoices and collaborate with Finance.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date benefits SOPs.
  • Build dashboards for analytics and insights (nice-to-have).

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years in multi-country benefits administration.
  • Demonstrated success in negotiating renewals.
  • Strong knowledge of US programs and at least one additional region.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable in fast-change environments.
