  • Lead and manage a high-performing customer success team.
  • Own a portfolio of enterprise customers to maximize product adoption.

  • Set and drive quarterly Customer Success strategy and goals.
  • Understand drivers of churn and expansion.
  • Coach and mentor Account Managers.

  • Natural communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience in a startup environment.

Requirements

  • 4 years of Customer Success or Account Management experience.
  • Experience managing commercial and adoption targets.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Gainsight, and Metabase.
  • Confidence in data-driven decision-making.
  • Track record of collaboration with Sales and Customer Success leaders.
  • Ability to challenge leadership with best practices.
  • Experience in handling customer escalations.
  • Excellent relationship management skills.
