In Short

  • Lead and coach a team of 5 Customer Success Managers (CSMs).
  • Scale the Customer Success function and hire new team members.
  • Build dashboards and own metrics for customer success and product usage.
  • Partner with Product to provide actionable insights from customer feedback.
  • Own the post-sales funnel including onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion.
  • Act as the strategic point of contact for key enterprise accounts.
  • Expertly debug issues across various logs and systems.
  • Report directly to the Founder.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management with 2+ years leading teams.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, preferably with AI or data products.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills at the enterprise-executive level.
  • Passionate about customer experience and building partnerships.
  • Startup mindset with a bias for action and adaptability.
