In Short

  • Own and activate key intermediary accounts as the primary contact.
  • Onboard new customers and provide training on products and services.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in customer success or account management in relevant fields.
  • Track record of building strong enterprise client relationships.
  • Experience with complex financial transactions.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working on fully remote teams.
