As a Senior Commercial Recruiter at Crux, you will be a strategic partner in scaling our go-to-market and customer-facing teams, owning full-cycle recruiting for various roles in our industry.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for commercial roles.
• Source top talent across finance, fintech, banking, and clean energy markets.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for revenue-generating roles.
• Deliver a high-touch, inclusive candidate experience.
• Analyze and report recruiting metrics to drive decisions.
• Collaborate with HR to refine processes and interview structures.
• Manage outsourced agency support when needed.

Requirements

• 10+ years of commercial / GTM recruiting experience.
• Proven ability to hire top talent from the finance world.
• Expertise in investment banking, debt capital markets, or clean energy.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong experience managing the recruitment lifecycle.
• Collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic advisor with market knowledge.
• Passionate about creating an inclusive candidate experience.
• Proficiency with ATS systems and recruiting tools.
