Overview

As a Commercial Recruiter at JOIN, you will play a central role in driving full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations teams, ensuring the hiring of exceptional talent to support ambitious growth goals.

Requirements

• Experience hiring for commercial roles in B2B or SaaS environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Skilled in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter and creative outreach.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities.
• High attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.
• Data-driven mindset for reporting and optimisation.
• Bonus: Experience hiring in multiple EU markets.
• Bonus: Background in SaaS, HR Tech, or fast-scaling startups.
