In Short

• Responsible for identifying, recruiting, and screening top-tier entrepreneurs and business coaches.
• Design and execute effective recruitment strategies.
• Engage potential candidates through various channels.
• Provide an exceptional recruitment experience for candidates.
• Build and maintain relationships with qualified candidates.
• Stay updated with industry trends.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet coaching requirements.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics.
• Fill quarterly coach recruiting classes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of successful recruitment agency experience.
• 3+ years in recruiting business coaches and/or entrepreneurs preferred.
• Strong candidate sourcing and networking skills.
• Understanding of business coaching and required skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Hubspot and social media platforms.
• Ability to travel approximately one week per quarter.
• Entrepreneurial experience is a plus.
