In Short

  • Drive revenue growth by expanding new and existing sales channels.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile.
  • Work closely with Marketing to scale qualified leads.
  • Optimize the sales process for faster deal closures.
  • Build repeatable processes for growth.
  • Lead and guide the sales team towards consistent performance.
  • Identify untapped opportunities to accelerate sales momentum.
  • Develop tools and coaching initiatives for sales team enablement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve the buyer journey.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and excellence.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of prior SaaS Sales Management experience.
  • Experience launching and scaling new revenue channels within SaaS.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior HubSpot and/or Salesforce experience.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with recurring revenue and subscription-based business.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus.
