Head of Finance and Business Operations - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Head of Finance and Business Operations to support the growth of our organization. As a key member of the leadership team, you will oversee all aspects of the company’s financial and business operations.

In Short

• Oversee financial planning processes, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and investment strategies.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance.
• Streamline business processes to drive efficiency.
• Lead finance, HR, IT, and data/analytics teams.
• Partner with executive team for strategic initiatives.
• Mentor finance team members for high performance.
• Provide strategic financial input for business decisions.
• Ability to travel 10-15% for company planning and events.
• 100% Remote position.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in senior finance leadership.
• Experience at an executive level preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Experience in SaaS organizations is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to a continually evolving environment.
• General knowledge of SaaS sales tax principles.
• Experience with outsourced to in-house accounting migration.
• Ability to travel as required.
