Overview

As VP, Strategic Finance and FP&A, you will serve as the CFO’s primary analytical partner, owning Crux’s financial planning and analysis engine to drive critical company decisions.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in strategic finance or related roles.
• Strong financial modeling skills.
• Excellent judgment in resource allocation and risk assessment.
• Ability to distill complex analysis into clear recommendations.
• Experience building scalable financial processes.
• Comfort in high-growth environments.
• Strong interest in leveraging technology and AI.
