• Experience with M&A and financing transactions.
• Ability to create data presentations in PowerPoint.
• Advanced skills in Excel and data modeling.
• Collaborative experience with senior executives.
• Familiarity with Australian capital markets and regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
• 7+ years of experience as a Financial Manager or related role.
