In Short

  • Manage and scale the Customer Success team, optimizing for growth.
  • Create and nurture relationships with the customer base.
  • Understand customer needs as the company expands.
  • Build an account management structure for growth.
  • Onboard new accounts and enhance the onboarding process.
  • Own retention targets and drive customer advocacy.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to improve the product.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • 2+ years leading a Customer Success team in a SaaS company.
  • Effective communicator with exceptional written and verbal skills.
  • Experience building systems and processes in Customer Success.
  • Experience with health, life, and pension products is a plus.
  • Passionate about helping customers succeed.
  • Excited about HR tech and the future of work.
