Overview

Toku is seeking an experienced payroller to lead payroll processes for India/APAC, ensuring compliance and efficiency in payroll operations.

In Short

• Lead payroll operations for India/APAC.
• Liaise with stakeholders to collect and organize payroll data.
• Prepare and submit payroll data to providers.
• Reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Act as the first point of contact for payroll inquiries.
• Maintain up-to-date records and processes.
• Implement new country payrolls efficiently.
• Resolve payroll-related issues from start to end.
• Provide cover support as needed.
• Work independently and collaboratively with teams and vendors.

Requirements

• Minimum three years of India/APAC payroll experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing and best practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and numeracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Fluency in English and additional languages preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ability to work in an agile environment.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
