Payroll Integrations Analyst - Remote

Overview

Businessolver is seeking an Implementation Integrations Analyst to work with project teams on implementing payroll deduction instruction files and reconciliation files for new client configurations.

In Short

• Communicate with clients and vendors for requirements gathering and analysis.
• Coordinate with project team members to understand client-specific benefits structure.
• Document and configure files, along with secure file transfer setup and testing.
• Maintain project tracking documentation and status reports.
• Use industry file formats such as ANSI 834.
• Utilize tools like JavaScript, XML, SQL, and Excel.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of administrative outsourcing analyst experience.
• Proven knowledge of payroll and EDI 834 file formats.
• Advanced knowledge of data relationship management.
• Client-facing communication skills.
• Experience with programming languages like VBA, VBScript, and JavaScript.
• BS in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
