  • 3+ years of payroll experience.
  • Knowledge of employee benefits and global employment challenges preferred.
  • Success in improving processes and driving customer retention.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and influence teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Strong data and analytical skills.
  • Self-starter with ownership in a fast-paced environment.
