Finance Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Manager to lead day-to-day financial operations and strategic planning in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

In Short

• Build, maintain, and update financial models and forecasts.
• Track performance versus forecasts across revenue, spending, and cash flow.
• Identify financial gaps and recommend strategic actions.
• Own the reporting of key metrics like revenue and cash position.
• Monitor sales performance against targets.
• Develop dashboards for real-time business performance visibility.
• Oversee bookkeeping and month-end closes with external accounting firm.
• Manage cash flow planning and execute payments to ensure liquidity.
• Partner with Operations on inventory planning.
• Serve as the finance point of contact for internal teams and vendors.

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of experience in finance or FP&A.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Proven expertise in financial modeling and forecasting.
• Clear communication skills to translate data for non-finance stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Full proficiency in English.
