HR Generalist (Remote, PH-Based) – US Employee Support

Overview

We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist to provide operational HR support for US-based employees, focusing on employee lifecycle support and HR administration.

In Short

• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees supporting US teams.
• Maintain accurate HR records and employee documentation in HRIS.
• Assist in implementing and enforcing company HR policies.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings and interview scheduling.
• Conduct phone screening interviews and maintain recruitment records.
• Support new hire orientation and probation monitoring.
• Provide guidance to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of HR experience, preferably with remote teams.
• Skilled at interpreting HR policies and procedures.
• Experience supporting employee lifecycle processes.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and sound judgment.
