As an HR Generalist, Field Support at Sur La Table, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our retail teams across the country, ensuring compliance and fostering a positive employee experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• 3-5 years of HR experience, especially in retail.
• Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in creating HR documentation and SOPs.
