Overview

The Field Support Specialist provides quality care and client satisfaction, while also providing oversite and supervision of home care professionals who serve the clients they oversee.

In Short

• First point of contact for clients and care providers.
• Handle inquiries and provide information about services.
• Schedule in-home assessments and document care plans.
• Ensure compliance with care plans and documentation.
• Conduct caregiver orientation and evaluations.
• Collaborate with Caregiver Manager for operations.
• Participate in staff training and operational meetings.
• Adhere to policies and regulations.
• Travel required to visit branch or HQ operations.
• Work primarily indoors with some travel.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service or healthcare.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to train and supervise staff.
• Knowledge of care plans and compliance regulations.
• Organizational skills for scheduling and documentation.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability to meet the job requirements.
• Basic computer skills.
• Understanding of home care services.
