Overview

Family Resource Home Care is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to collect, analyze, and transform data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization.

• Develop, maintain, and optimize BI reports and dashboards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience as a BI Analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency in BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction.
• Experience with data modeling and ETL processes.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills for presenting data insights.
