• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics assets.
• Support decision-making across departments with high-quality data.
• Investigate business questions using SQL, BI tools, or Python.
• Help others explore and make sense of data through training.
• Champion data accessibility and empower others in analytics.
• Promote a self-service analytics culture among stakeholders.
• Create initial reports and dashboards for new customer onboarding.
• Define internal data best practices and documentation.
• Interface with external vendors to integrate their products.
• Collaborate with teams to surface insights and develop data assets.

Requirements

• 5+ years in business intelligence or data analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with transformation tools.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on teaching data skills.
• Interest in using AI tools for business intelligence.
