Business Intelligence Analyst - Remote

Overview

Berkheimer Business Services provides financial, accounting, compliance auditing, planning and analytical support to our internal stakeholders across our organization. We are currently seeking a data-savvy and research-driven Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team in our Pen Argyl, PA office.

In Short

• Transform financial data into visual reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Deliver actionable analysis to support decision-making.
• Identify significant variances and trends in financial performance.
• Analyze monthly financial results against budget and forecasts.
• Document business processes and support data-driven initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines professionally.
• Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM.
• On-site work with potential for hybrid schedule after training.
• Annual salary between $64k and $72k based on experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• 2 – 4 years of related experience and/or training.
• Experience creating dashboards with business analytical tools, preferably Power BI.
• Strong analytical mindset to interpret financial data.
• Detail-oriented and organized, able to collaborate across teams.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
