Business Intelligence Analyst - Remote

Overview

This is a full-time, remote position based in the continental United States. Core working hours are Monday-Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time. MASA is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst who thrives at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and storytelling to help transform questions into decisions—and decisions into results.

In Short

• Partner with stakeholders to design and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests.
• Analyze performance shifts and deliver clear, actionable insights.
• Translate test results into financial impact metrics.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover emerging trends.
• Build and maintain dynamic dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
• Ensure data integrity through sound governance practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align analytics with organizational goals.
• Champion continuous improvement in analytics methodology.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in business or marketing analytics.
• Strong financial modeling skills.
• Comfort working across KPIs.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Excel.
• A natural communicator who can simplify complex findings.
