The Director of Compliance will lead the development and management of a robust compliance program at MASA, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards while promoting a culture of accountability.

Requirements

• Experience managing compliance or legal staff.
• Direct experience with HIPAA or privacy laws.
• Licensed to practice law in Florida or another U.S. jurisdiction.
• Proven success in building compliance programs.
• Strong understanding of operationalizing compliance initiatives.
• Practical approach to risk management and compliance.
• Ability to influence leaders and collaborate effectively.
