Overview

The Director of Compliance will play a strategic role in managing compliance processes to support Accurate Background and its customers, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 10+ years in the background screening industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in compliance.
• In-depth knowledge of compliance laws and FCRA.
• Prior supervisory and leadership experience.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently.
