Overview

The HR Generalist – Field Support serves as the contact for HR matters across retail stores, providing support on employee relations, policy compliance, performance management, and staffing needs while driving consistent HR practices.

In Short

• Support resolution of escalated store-level HR issues.
• Participate in investigations into employee complaints.
• Ensure consistent application of company policies across locations.
• Track and analyze employee relations trends.
• Support District and General Managers on performance management.
• Maintain accurate documentation of employee relations cases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience in retail.
• Expertise in employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Skilled in coaching and relationship building.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms.
• Experience with HR SOPs and documentation.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Use of HR data and analytics for decision making.
