HR Generalist - Remote

Overview

The HR Generalist will manage employee orientation and serve as the primary contact for labor law inquiries and employee relations. This role involves conducting investigations, supporting offboarding processes, and analyzing HR metrics to improve organizational performance.

• Oversee new employee orientation and coordination.

Requirements

• Advanced studies in HR or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Costa Rica's labor law.
• 2+ years of experience as an HR Generalist/Analyst.
• Basic knowledge of Payroll processes.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail and task management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office tools.
• Experience with HR Administration tools.
