Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive HR Generalist to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and support a positive employee experience across the full employee lifecycle — from recruitment through to retention, development, and compliance.

• Coordinate job postings and sourcing efforts
• Screen resumes and organize interviews with hiring teams
• Conduct candidate interviews and reference checks
• Prepare employment offers and manage background checks
• Lead a seamless onboarding process for new hires
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and reporting requirements
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
• Support salary benchmarking and benefits analysis
• Conduct entrance and exit interviews
• Design and implement performance management processes

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar HR Generalist or HR Officer role
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across teams
• Experience with HRIS and digital HR tools is a plus
