Overview

This role involves being the first full-time HR Generalist at Prepared, focusing on employee experience, onboarding, compliance, benefits, and people operations.

In Short

• Own core HR operations including onboarding and compliance tracking.
• Support benefits administration and employee inquiries.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity.
• Assist in company-wide programs like performance reviews.
• Partner with the People team on process documentation.
• Contribute to a positive employee experience through proactive HR support.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR generalist experience in high-growth or remote-first environments.
• Success managing onboarding/offboarding and HRIS systems.
• Strong knowledge of multi-state labor compliance.
• Experience in initiatives that drive engagement and retention.
• Exceptionally organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to make independent decisions in dynamic environments.
• Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset.
