As an Engineering Manager at Prepared, you will lead a team to deliver scalable, high-impact technology solutions that align with our strategic goals, while fostering an environment of innovation and engineering excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Ability to motivate teams and foster a shared purpose.
• Experience managing engineering teams in high-growth environments.
• Proficiency in modern tech stacks including React, Ruby on Rails, and Golang.
• Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
