• Own full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success roles.

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience in hiring for Sales and Marketing roles.
• Ability to operate independently in a startup environment.
• Experience building or improving recruiting processes.
• Clear communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented.
• Understanding of GTM market insights.
